PART 69 (2 of 2): Grimsby Career Mode-FIFA 17

Oscar Arrives & Other Signings + Season Draw:

Ty Stedman-"Welcome back to Grimsby Town for all you media personnel. We're happy to announce that Oscar has gelled well with our squad and is going to be a crucial piece in the puzzle. This team are aiming to make it to the top four. We have the quality to do so and we'll be aiming to go one better than last year.

We've lost a few names as well. Bruno Fornaroli has retired, Devante Clut is off to the Bundesliga, Ruben Lameiras has gone to Portugal, Besart Berisha has retired and Sean McAllister, one of our players from the original League Two lineup has also retired.

We've boosted our defensive line with two signings that will add competition to the backline. Ben Chilwell from Leicester City at left back will bring pace and quality. He's been one we've been watching for a season or two. Also joining us is a long-term target in Ben Gibson from Middlesbrough. Our squad is looking good on paper.

In terms of the draw, we start the Premier League season with another tricky opener. Last year it was United and now it's a new-look Arsenal. Diego Simeone's first game in charge is at Blundell Park and we're honoured and excited to be their first opponents.

And our maiden trip to Europe will be to Scotland to face Scottish Cup winners Kilmarnock in the last qualifying round. They overcame huge odds to down Celtic in the final so we know they're no easybeats and we want to at least make it past them and get into the Group Stage."
