PART 21: Grimsby Career Mode-FIFA 17

EFL League One-Matchday 16-Saturday 11th November 2017
Grimsby Town 0 drew. Portsmouth 0
Blundell Park
Crowd: 8,734

Ty Stedman-"Again we're left fairly disappointed as we let the chances we had go to waste. Three straight scoreless draws at home isn't anywhere near what we're aiming for. There are days when I'll be happy to take a point on the road but in front of our fans we should be aiming to get the three points every week. We need to start scoring goals again."

EFL League One-Matchday 17-Saturday 18th November 2017
Peterborough United (P.Taylor) 1 drew. Grimsby Town (J.Berrett) 1
ABAX Stadium
Crowd: 5,424

Ty Stedman-"We were expecting a tricky test against Peterborough and they certainly lived up to that. In the end you'd probably say we were lucky to get a point. We've drawn a lot of games as of late but today's point is one that maybe we wouldn't have got on another day."

EFL League One-Matchday 18-Tuesday 21st November 2017
GRIMSBY TOWN (T.Buhagiar) 1 def. Oldham Athletic 0
Blundell Park
Crowd: 6,795

Ty Stedman-"It wasn't the most convincing display but we're delighted to break the winless run here at home. Trent's goal came with twenty minutes to go and Oldham definitely provided us with a few nervy moments but it's a highly valuable three points at this stage of the campaign. We'll look to build on the win and try and make this ground into a fortress."

EFL League One-Matchday 19-Saturday 25th November 2017
Plymouth Argyle 0 def by. GRIMSBY TOWN (T.Buhagiar-PEN) 1
Home Park
Crowd: 8,546

Ty Stedman-"Our defensive effort today was enormous against a side we weren't able to beat last season. We wasted a lot of 2nd half chances where we could have gone a long way towards ending the game. Fortunately we held on but we'll need more most days of the season."
